While we did not have our own booth, our strategic partnership was front and center, providing a powerful demonstration of our commitment to the Lao market. 

    The highlight of the event was the exclusive “First Look” of our new accessories, developed under the Hamer x RMA Partnership. We debuted custom accessories for the iconic Ford Bronco, providing an unparalleled showcase of our innovative designs and engineering. The presence of these specially outfitted vehicles at Lord Ford City’s display generated significant buzz and allowed attendees to experience our products firsthand. 

    This successful collaboration exemplifies how we work with our partners to bring groundbreaking aftermarket solutions to a wider audience, solidifying our reputation for quality and innovation in the industry.

    RMA Aftermarket Operations New Initiatives

    In February 2025, RMA Aftermarket Operations (AMO), our recently restructured Group Parts division, launched a new program of customer training events. This initiative is designed to strengthen our partnerships by providing in-depth product knowledge directly to our dealers’ sales teams. 

    The inaugural session, held at our Laem Chabang facility, hosted 35 sales team members from RMA Thailand Dealership. The training was led by a team of experts, including James Smith, General Manager of Aftermarket Operations, Grid Jatepatemagorn, Business Development Manager, and Yuki Shimoda, Business Development Analyst. 

    The training focused on two key areas: 

    • Hamer Products: Participants received comprehensive, in-depth product training on our popular Hamer accessories. 
    • RMA Special Vehicles (RMA SV): The session introduced the sales team to our exciting lineup of upcoming RMA SV products. 

    A key highlight of the event was the hands-on experience provided to the participants. They were given an up-close look at our RMA SV accessories fitted on display vehicles and were taken on a tour of the ADC plant. This immersive experience allowed the RMA Thailand team to not only deepen their understanding of our products but also to foster valuable internal knowledge sharing. The success of this first session marks a significant step in our commitment to empowering our partners and driving a new era of growth.

    Aftermarket Operations Welcome International Guests

    Throughout February, RMA Aftermarket Operations (AMO) hosted a series of key international partners at our Automotive Distribution Centre (ADC) facility. These visits provided an opportunity for our guests to experience our latest products and innovations firsthand. 

    On February 17th, we were pleased to welcome Elyus Dwi Erwanto, Head of Service Operations, and Mohammad Rosyid, Head of Sales & Operations, from RMA Indonesia. A few days later, on February 21st, we had the honor of hosting Mr. Akash Golchha, the owner of Go Automobiles Nepal, one of RMA Group’s managed markets. 

    A Deep Dive into Product Performance 

    During their visits, our guests received a comprehensive introduction to our newest RMA Special Vehicle (SV) accessories and Hamer products. A highlight of the experience was a tour of the ADC plant and a dynamic test drive. Guests were invited to test a Ford Ranger equipped with Hamer’s new suspension system on a variety of road conditions, including bumpy roads, smooth highways, and steep inclines. 

    This hands-on evaluation allowed them to assess the vehicle’s: 

    • Comfort and Stability: They were able to feel the difference in ride quality compared to the stock suspension. 
    • Handling on Uneven Terrain: The test drive demonstrated the superior control and stability provided by the new suspension, especially on challenging surfaces and during sharp turns. 

    These visits successfully deepened our partners’ engagement with our latest innovations and reinforced RMA Group’s commitment to delivering top-tier aftermarket solutions across the automotive and parts industry.
