RMA Aftermarket Operations New Initiatives

In February 2025, RMA Aftermarket Operations (AMO), our recently restructured Group Parts division, launched a new program of customer training events. This initiative is designed to strengthen our partnerships by providing in-depth product knowledge directly to our dealers’ sales teams. 

The inaugural session, held at our Laem Chabang facility, hosted 35 sales team members from RMA Thailand Dealership. The training was led by a team of experts, including James Smith, General Manager of Aftermarket Operations, Grid Jatepatemagorn, Business Development Manager, and Yuki Shimoda, Business Development Analyst. 

The training focused on two key areas: 

  • Hamer Products: Participants received comprehensive, in-depth product training on our popular Hamer accessories. 
  • RMA Special Vehicles (RMA SV): The session introduced the sales team to our exciting lineup of upcoming RMA SV products. 

A key highlight of the event was the hands-on experience provided to the participants. They were given an up-close look at our RMA SV accessories fitted on display vehicles and were taken on a tour of the ADC plant. This immersive experience allowed the RMA Thailand team to not only deepen their understanding of our products but also to foster valuable internal knowledge sharing. The success of this first session marks a significant step in our commitment to empowering our partners and driving a new era of growth.
