    RMA Aftermarket Operations New Initiatives

    In February 2025, RMA Aftermarket Operations (AMO), our recently restructured Group Parts division, launched a new program of customer training events. This initiative is designed to strengthen our partnerships by providing in-depth product knowledge directly to our dealers’ sales teams. 

    The inaugural session, held at our Laem Chabang facility, hosted 35 sales team members from RMA Thailand Dealership. The training was led by a team of experts, including James Smith, General Manager of Aftermarket Operations, Grid Jatepatemagorn, Business Development Manager, and Yuki Shimoda, Business Development Analyst. 

    The training focused on two key areas: 

    • Hamer Products: Participants received comprehensive, in-depth product training on our popular Hamer accessories. 
    • RMA Special Vehicles (RMA SV): The session introduced the sales team to our exciting lineup of upcoming RMA SV products. 

    A key highlight of the event was the hands-on experience provided to the participants. They were given an up-close look at our RMA SV accessories fitted on display vehicles and were taken on a tour of the ADC plant. This immersive experience allowed the RMA Thailand team to not only deepen their understanding of our products but also to foster valuable internal knowledge sharing. The success of this first session marks a significant step in our commitment to empowering our partners and driving a new era of growth.

    We are proud to highlight RMA Indonesia’s participation as an exhibitor at GAIKINDO Jakarta Auto Week 2024. This event served as a pivotal platform for us to strengthen our presence and forge new relationships within the vibrant Southeast Asian market. 

    The exhibition was a resounding success, underscoring our commitment to establishing long-term strategic partnerships and appointing key dealers. Our team engaged with numerous potential partners, showcasing our comprehensive support system designed to ensure mutual growth.

    • Expanded Network: We successfully connected with and initiated discussions with several new dealers and partners, significantly expanding our footprint in the region. 
    • Demonstrated Support: The event provided a great opportunity to demonstrate our dedication to our partners through our comprehensive support model, which includes special pricing for launches, marketing materials, merchandise, and expert training
    • Valuable Training Sessions: Our in-country technical and sales training sessions were well-received, highlighting the value of our hands-on approach to empowering our partners. 

    The positive feedback and strong connections made at GAIKINDO Jakarta Auto Week 2024 reaffirm our strategy of building a strong and reliable dealer network. We look forward to a future of continued growth and success with our new and existing partners.
